Bilingual French/English Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers through chat and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience while leveraging your language skills.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support via chat and email in both French and English.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.
• Share feedback and insights to improve processes and the customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
• Organized, reliable and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
