Head of Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and execution‑oriented Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function in Burkina Faso. You will shape the local marketing strategy, work closely with the General Manager and functional leads, and drive sustainable growth as we expand our cashless financial services across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the local marketing strategy aligned with growth targets, market expansion, and brand ambition.
• Partner with the General Manager, Operations, Sales, Support, and Product teams as the strategic marketing advisor.
• Plan and manage marketing budgets, allocate resources, and ensure ROI accountability.
• Coordinate with the group marketing team to align market, product, and brand strategies with global direction.
• Lead full‑funnel campaigns across ATL, BTL, and social media for Burkina Faso.
• Develop clear processes and documentation for cross‑functional project delivery.
• Conduct market intelligence activities, including consumer insights, brand health, and channel performance analysis.

Required profile

• Degree in marketing, communication, business development, management or a related field.
• At least 12 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale, multi‑channel marketing strategies with measurable results.
• Experience managing budgets and teams in fast‑growing environments.
