Stakeholder Engagement, Events & Challenges Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Non‑Key Expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost). The role focuses on mobilising stakeholders, organising institutional events, running innovation competitions and facilitating B2B/B2G matchmaking across the Africa‑EU space ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilise and engage stakeholders across the Africa‑EU space ecosystem.
• Plan, coordinate and execute institutional events and outreach activities.
• Design and manage innovation competitions, challenges and related matchmaking sessions.
• Maintain stakeholder mapping records and ensure effective communication throughout the project.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year program) in communication, international relations, event management, social sciences or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least three years of professional experience in stakeholder engagement, event organisation, institutional communication or ecosystem mobilisation.
• Minimum one year of experience specifically supporting institutional events, stakeholder outreach, innovation competitions, challenges or B2B/B2G matchmaking.
