About the role

Join Horoquartz as a Customer Success Manager focused on TMA (Application Maintenance). You will be responsible for creating value for B2B clients by ensuring the successful adoption of Horoquartz solutions and fostering long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring contractual commitments are met.
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver services and resolve incidents, requests, and evolutions.
• Lead governance bodies such as COPIL, COMOP and service review meetings.
• Support clients in the evolution of their solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in account management, customer success, application support, TMA or IT service management.
• Excellent relational skills, strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Highly organized, rigorous, autonomous and capable of coordinating without hierarchical authority.
• Result‑oriented, proactive, adaptable and able to handle sensitive situations.

Required skills

• IT Service Management (ITSM) knowledge.
• Understanding of TMA processes and incident/request/evolution handling.
• Familiarity with HRIS, GTA or other business software (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and reporting tools.

What we offer

• Salary range €38‑45k per year, based on experience.
