Junior Service Delivery Manager

About the role

NSC Global is seeking a Junior Service Delivery Manager to support its EMEA service delivery teams. The role provides operational and administrative assistance, helping to ensure smooth delivery of IT communication services to global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating resources across service teams and maintain standard tools and methods.
• Compile and organise status reports for leadership and clients, and support billing and basic financial forecasting.
• Log, evaluate and track daily service and change requests, as well as technical assurance handovers.
• Monitor escalation logs, track Root Cause Analysis progress and record problem reports with technical teams.
• Maintain accurate asset management records and support compliance with internal policies and security standards.
• Schedule, organise and prepare materials for regular service review meetings and internal operational syncs.

Required profile

• College or university degree in IT, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• Approximately 2 years of hands‑on experience in a corporate environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong adaptability and eagerness to learn client accounts and operational workflows.

Required skills

• Basic exposure to CRM or IT ticketing tools.
• Foundational knowledge of ITIL concepts.
• Understanding of basic project management principles.
