Avionics Engineer – AS332/EC225

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Avionics Engineer to maintain and enhance the avionics systems of the AS332/EC225 Super Puma helicopters. You will ensure mission‑ready performance, safety, and regulatory compliance in a high‑performance rotor‑wing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver mission‑ready aircraft on schedule, ensuring airworthiness.
• Perform maintenance in line with Airbus Helicopters documentation and the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM).
• Diagnose and rectify avionics and electrical faults quickly and effectively.
• Order, track, and manage spare parts to support both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Maintain tool control and uphold worksite safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with SACAA and international aviation regulations.
• Apply Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, Customer Service Notices, and Supplemental Structural Inspections.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate records and technical input.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving ability in high‑pressure environments.
• Experience with AS332/EC225 avionics systems and Airbus Helicopters documentation.
• Familiarity with SACAA regulatory requirements and aviation safety standards.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship.
