After Sales Service Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive After‑sales Service Engineer to support our new‑energy business in Burkina Faso. The role focuses on on‑site installation, commissioning, maintenance and technical support for inverter, UPS and battery storage systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site installation, commissioning, inspection, repair and daily maintenance of new‑energy equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical failures for end‑customers.
• Provide professional technical training and after‑sales support to local distributors and partners.
• Respond promptly to customer service tickets, track progress and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the headquarters technical team to address complex technical and after‑sales issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or a related technical field.
• Experience in solar energy, inverter, UPS or battery energy‑storage industry is a plus.
• Basic English communication skills and strong hands‑on operational ability.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on site.
• Willingness to travel locally as required.
