About the role

Coca‑Cola Burkina Bottling Company is looking for a skilled Welder specialized in arc and argon processes to join its production team. The role involves welding production equipment, metal structures and industrial installations within the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Perform arc and argon welding on production lines, structures and plant installations.
• Prepare, assemble and fit metal components according to technical drawings.
• Carry out visual and dimensional inspections of welds.
• Execute corrective and preventive maintenance on metal assets.
• Apply strict safety, quality and hygiene standards specific to the food‑beverage industry.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams, adapting work hours to operational needs.

Required profile

• Proficiency in arc and argon welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans and schematics.
• Experience in basic industrial maintenance and fault diagnosis.
• Knowledge of safety, hygiene and quality regulations in an agro‑food environment.
• Professional training in welding, boiler making or industrial mechanics, preferably with a recognized welding certification.
• Team‑oriented attitude, attention to detail and adherence to standardized procedures.
