Chef de projet SSP H/F

About the role

ORTEC SOLEO, a subsidiary of the Ortec Group specializing in soil and groundwater remediation, is looking for a Project Manager (SSP) to lead complex decontamination projects. Reporting to the Agency Manager, you will act as the technical and operational reference throughout the project lifecycle, from pre‑sales to final hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project cycle for high‑stakes remediation contracts, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Analyse client needs and regulatory constraints, and prepare detailed technical‑economic proposals, including methodologies, cost estimates, variants and schedules.
• Plan and allocate human, material and financial resources, coordinating field teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain contractual commitments regarding deadlines, costs, quality and technical performance.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, providing high‑level communication throughout the project.
• Oversee financial performance, conduct analytical accounting, monitor margins and prepare invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment regulations and industry standards such as NF X31‑620, MASE and ICPE.

Required profile

• University degree in Environment, Geology, Chemistry, Biology, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing soil and groundwater remediation projects.
• Strong technical expertise in decontamination methods and thorough knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple technically complex projects simultaneously.
• Natural leadership, sense of responsibility and strong decision‑making skills.
