HR Representative (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level HR Representative to join our growing ABA company. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented individual eager to learn the fundamentals of human resources, including payroll, benefits and quality assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
• Maintain HR records and documentation accurately.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes for new and departing staff.
• Monitor compliance and contribute to quality‑assurance tasks.
• Provide general HR support to employees and leadership.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of HR or administrative experience (training will be provided for the right candidate).
• Highly detail‑oriented and organized.
• Comfortable handling sensitive information.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
