People Partner

About the role

Wave is looking for a Strategic People Partner who blends curiosity, strategic thinking, and hands‑on HR delivery. In this role you will shape the employee experience, drive talent initiatives, and act as a trusted partner for multiple business units across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leads to assess and evolve team structures, facilitating organization health reviews and using people analytics to identify strengths and gaps.
• Support managers on change management, team design, and culture alignment as the organization scales.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to identify development needs, support individual development planning, and track participation for continuous improvement.
• Work with leaders to map career paths, manage performance review cycles, calibrations, and feedback conversations.
• Build visibility into succession planning and emerging talent, ensuring a strong pipeline during hiring processes.
• Manage Wave’s internship and rotation programs, from role definition and interview coordination to onboarding and integration.

Required profile

• Strategic mindset with a strong curiosity for people and business challenges.
• Proven ability to partner across teams and influence organizational design.
• Experience guiding managers through change, performance, and development processes.
• Comfort working in a fast‑growing, multi‑country environment.
