UX/UI Designer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for B2C brands and needs a world‑class UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, beautiful, and high‑converting experiences across its product, marketing site, and customer touchpoints. You will work directly with the CEO, product managers, and engineers to translate complex workflows into delightful user interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive dashboards, workflows, and integrations for the core product.
• Create conversion‑focused marketing assets such as landing pages, product pages, and demo flows.
• Define, maintain, and expand the design system for speed and consistency.
• Gather user feedback, conduct usability testing, and run A/B experiments to iterate quickly.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel‑perfect implementation.

Required profile

• Proven ability to turn complex requirements into clear wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Experience working in fast‑growing, product‑focused environments.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams including CEOs, product managers, and engineers.
• Passion for creating high‑converting, user‑centric experiences for B2C brands.
