Senior Policy Analyst

About the role

The Senior Policy Analyst will support Gayaa Dhuwi’s councils, collaborative networks, committees and member processes. The role ensures that advice from these bodies is captured accurately and linked to national policy initiatives. It is a key position for keeping information flow organized and actionable.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and document meetings of councils, networks and committees.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of member inputs and recommendations.
• Translate collected advice into briefs that inform national policy work.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.
• Monitor progress of policy actions and report on outcomes.

Required profile

• Highly organised and proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent at keeping people, papers and actions on track.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
