Remote Survey Enumerator – Phone Surveys for Impact Measurement

About the role

As a Survey Enumerator for 60 Decibels, you will conduct phone surveys with customers and beneficiaries of our clients’ products and services. Working remotely, you will collaborate with research project teams to deliver high‑quality insights while adhering to data integrity and governance protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding calls to understand project context and target respondents.
• Conduct phone surveys, ensuring you interview the correct respondents and clearly explain survey objectives.
• Achieve daily survey targets and report any obstacles promptly.
• Enter survey responses accurately into the 60dB platform in English, preserving exact wording.
• Provide regular progress updates and address quality‑check feedback within agreed timelines.
• Uphold data privacy and integrity by following all 60dB procedures.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and communication abilities, able to manage tasks independently.
• Proven capability to build rapport with respondents from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Meticulous attention to detail for accurate data recording.
• Fluent English communication skills.
