About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers in both French and English. The role involves handling voice calls and live‑chat inquiries, turning challenges into positive experiences while working from a home office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support via phone and chat in French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk or Shopify.
