Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote‑first customer support team. As the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, you will handle inbound calls, live chat, and email, delivering friendly and effective assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in French and English via voice, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver timely resolutions.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing platforms.
• Familiarity with Shopify and e‑commerce environments.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
