Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote‑first team as a Customer Support Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat, and email.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality support in French and English through voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer‑first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent service standards.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
• Reliable personal computer (minimum i5) and internet connection (≥25 Mbps).

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
