Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer support team. You will interact with French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, helping them resolve issues, track orders, and understand our products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly assistance in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support system.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
