Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our growing e‑commerce team. In this role you will assist French‑speaking customers through phone and live‑chat, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English via calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot order, product and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Accurately document every interaction in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
