Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global shoppers. You will handle inbound voice calls and live‑chat inquiries, turning issues into positive experiences while representing our brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly assistance in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot order, product and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm under pressure with strong empathy and communication skills.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or other e‑commerce tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
