About the role

Feu Vert is looking for a dedicated Workshop Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers visiting its service centres. You will ensure a smooth and pleasant experience from arrival to vehicle hand‑over, while supporting the workshop team in delivering quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, register their vehicles and explain the service process.
• Track the progress of each workshop order and keep clients informed.
• Prepare vehicles for service and manage the final hand‑over, ensuring all paperwork is complete.
• Provide accurate advice on automotive services and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain the reception area according to Feu Vert’s standards and guidelines.

Required profile

• CAP to Bac+2 level with solid automotive technical knowledge.
• Commercial or mechanical training is preferred.
• Motivated, customer‑focused and with a strong sense of commerce.
• At least 2 years of experience in a workshop or dealership reception role.
