Radiation Oncology Clinical Implementation Consultant (Remote/Travel)

About the role

We are seeking a Certified Radiation Therapist or Certified Medical Dosimetrist to serve as a Clinical Implementation Consultant. In this remote‑first position you will travel up to 75% of the time to support customers in adopting our oncology solutions, ensuring optimal use of products and training.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in developing best‑practice clinical operations focused on patient outcomes, efficiency, and cost containment.
• Evaluate business processes, recommend changes, document workflows, and configure hardware/software solutions.
• Lead requirement‑gathering sessions, perform gap analysis, and translate workflow needs into technical configurations.
• Provide on‑site and remote product training, eLearning support, and post‑Go‑Live assistance.
• Develop metrics to demonstrate clinical, operational, and financial value.
• Maintain vendor credentialing to access client sites and ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Certified Radiation Therapist or Certified Medical Dosimetrist.
• Experience delivering consulting or implementation projects in radiation oncology.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 75%).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
