Director of Programs Delivery & Deputy Country Director

About the role

Living Goods is seeking a senior leader to oversee program delivery and act as Deputy Country Director in Burkina Faso. Reporting to the Country Director, you will drive strategic implementation of the country’s health strategy, ensuring high‑impact, cost‑effective services for vulnerable communities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Living Goods’ service delivery operations in Burkina Faso.
• Oversee implementation of the Burkina Faso Strategy, ensuring impact KPIs are met.
• Lead, develop, and manage the Programs Delivery team.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance program impact.
• Manage budgeting, financial approvals, and operationalization of experiments and innovations.
• Strengthen the public supply chain through forecasting and quantification.
• Represent Living Goods externally and contribute to thought leadership in community health.
• Act as Country Director when required and serve on the Senior Leadership Team.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in health program delivery or a related non‑profit sector.
• Strong track record of managing large teams and complex budgets.
• Experience working closely with government partners and public health systems.
• Ability to drive innovation, experiment, and learning within program contexts.
• Excellent communication and external representation skills.
