Radiation Oncology Clinical Implementation Consultant (Remote/Travel)

About the role

We are seeking a Certified Radiation Therapist or Certified Medical Dosimetrist to serve as a Clinical Implementation Consultant. You will act as a subject‑matter expert, helping oncology customers adopt and optimise our radiation therapy solutions through remote and on‑site engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in establishing best‑practice clinical operations focused on patient outcomes, efficiency, and cost containment.
• Evaluate existing business processes, recommend improvements, and document new workflows.
• Configure databases, systems, and hardware/software specifications to align with clinical needs.
• Lead change‑management activities, test recommended strategies, and identify training requirements.
• Develop consultative services, metrics, and user‑adoption plans for Varian products.
• Provide on‑site support during system Go‑Live and post‑Go‑Live periods, including gap analysis and workflow mapping.

Required profile

• Current certification as a Radiation Therapist or Medical Dosimetrist.
• Proven experience delivering consulting projects in radiation oncology.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time and meet vendor credentialing requirements.
• Ability to build long‑term client relationships and achieve key performance targets.
