Product Designer (UX/UI)

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered platform for short‑term rental operators. We need a UX/UI Product Designer to turn complex property‑management workflows into simple, beautiful experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design dashboards and workflows for reservations, properties, guest communications, cleaning, maintenance and finance.
• Create AI interaction interfaces that let operators configure agents, understand decisions and intervene when needed.
• Develop onboarding flows that help users connect channels, add properties and start deriving value quickly.
• Craft booking and guest journeys covering direct bookings, check‑in, extensions and upsells.
• Build and maintain a design system with reusable components and consistent interaction patterns.
• Produce website and marketing assets such as landing pages, feature visuals and launch graphics.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and high‑quality visual design.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards or applications with complex workflows.
• Excellent judgement in typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour and responsive design.
• Ability to simplify complex information without hiding essential details.
• Proven track record of working closely with engineers and seeing designs through to production.

Required skills

• Figma – auto‑layout, components, design systems and interactive prototyping.
• Design systems creation and implementation for SaaS applications.
