Premium Cash Officer

About the role

As a Premium Cash Officer you will be the backbone of our premium agency, ensuring smooth cash flow and supporting agents and customers across key cities in Burkina Faso. You will oversee daily cash operations, manage staff, and maintain the security and accuracy of all cash‑related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash inflows and outflows between the Safe and PCA accounts.
• Conduct end‑of‑day bill counting and produce daily cash‑count statements.
• Record all cash‑management transactions accurately in the treasury system.
• Request and allocate sufficient funds to maintain balance with agents and clients.
• Coordinate cash‑in‑transit activities (cash‑in/cash‑out) and handle related logistics.
• Report discrepancies, challenges, and counterfeit bills to management.
• Ensure office furniture, materials, and security measures are maintained.
• Escalate relevant feedback that may impact agency operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a cashier or in cash management, reconciliation, liquidity management, or cash handling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or an equivalent field.
• Strong proficiency in French.
• Legal work authorization in Burkina Faso.
