Premium Cash Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Premium Cash Officer to join our growing team in Burkina Faso. You will work directly with customers and agents, ensuring smooth cash flow and accurate cash handling across our premium agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash inflows and outflows between the Safe and PCA accounts.
• Conduct end‑of‑day bill counting and produce daily cash‑count statements.
• Record all cash‑management transactions accurately in the treasury system.
• Request sufficient funds promptly to maintain balance with agents and clients.
• Oversee cash‑in‑transit and cash‑out transactions with partner companies.
• Report discrepancies, challenges, and counterfeit bills to management.
• Ensure office furniture, materials, and security are maintained.
• Escalate feedback that may affect agency operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in cash management, reconciliation, liquidity management, or cash handling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in French.
• Legal authorization to work in Burkina Faso.
