About the role

The Production Operator works on the shop floor to manufacture high‑quality products while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. Reporting to the team leader or supervisor, the role involves following detailed work instructions, maintaining equipment, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and follow work instructions, process drawings, and production policies.
• Take primary responsibility for the quality of the items produced.
• Execute tasks assigned by the team leader or supervisor.
• Maintain 5S standards and keep the work area organized.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, and tools.
• Report safety issues, quality concerns, and any incidents to superiors.
• Suggest improvements for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Participate in EHS training and apply learned practices.
• Stop work and report any abnormality that could lead to defects.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• Completed training for the assigned tasks and holds any required certificates.
• Understanding of and compliance with factory safety procedures and industrial hygiene.
• Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
• Honest, disciplined, and proactive in continuous improvement.
