Oncology Solutions Manager – Southeast Region

About the role

Varian is seeking an Oncology Solutions Manager for the Southeast Region to drive growth of professional and clinical services across its customer accounts. The role blends strategic account development, client relationship management, and service delivery to improve clinical, operational, financial, and patient experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account penetration strategies for target accounts, providing quarterly progress reports.
• Partner with Sales to build and maintain relationships with key buying influences, including clinical, administrative, and C‑suite stakeholders.
• Maintain deep knowledge of each account’s challenges and goals, informing sales and service teams of opportunities.
• Validate that quoted technologies and software licenses meet customer objectives.
• Create detailed Scopes of Work (SOWs) for professional services deployments, including timelines.
• Quote professional and clinical services, actively driving opportunities to close.
• Meet vendor credentialing requirements to access client sites as needed.

Required profile

• Clinical background (e.g., RT(T), RN, CMD, PhD).
• Minimum five years of managerial experience in healthcare administration with oncology operations (radiation or medical oncology).
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and client‑service orientation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using an HCM/ERP system such as Workday.
