Master Agent Manager – Burkina Faso

About the role

Wave is building a cashless Africa and needs a seasoned leader to grow and manage its master‑agent network in Burkina Faso. As Master Agent Manager you will own the day‑to‑day operations, strategic expansion and performance of the network, ensuring agents deliver high‑quality financial services across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a rollout plan to onboard and scale master agents.
• Lead, coach and develop the master‑agent team to build a sustainable network.
• Oversee all master‑agent projects, from planning to delivery.
• Ensure agents have the necessary supplies, tools and product knowledge.
• Maintain strong relationships with agents and monitor service quality.
• Analyse network performance, provide feedback to management and implement improvement plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, stakeholder management and a similar agent‑management role.
• Fluent French and Mooré; additional local languages are a plus.
• Deep understanding of Wave’s product suite and agent ecosystem.
• Strong ethics, integrity and negotiation skills.
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable to process changes and focused on excellence.
