Marketing Content and Design Coordinator

About the role

K1 Investment Management is looking for a Marketing Content and Design Coordinator to bring the firm’s brand to life across all channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will create digital publications, microsites, case studies, and multimedia assets for founders, executives, and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Design, Web, & Visual Production: create social posts, one‑pagers, event materials, and internal templates; build and maintain website pages with strong UI/UX focus.
• Digital Reports & Flagship Publications: produce bi‑annual digital firm reports, gathering data, crafting story arcs, and delivering polished visual narratives.
• Content & Editorial: write and edit LinkedIn posts, thought leadership pieces, portfolio spotlights, and firmwide communications; manage editorial calendar and track performance.
• Events Support: design and amplify content for 40+ global flagship events each year.
• AI & Process Innovation: leverage AI tools to accelerate content drafting, data synthesis, and design iteration.

Required profile

• Natural storyteller with a keen design eye.
• Comfortable building pages in WordPress and shaping narrative content.
• Proactive, able to take ownership across written, visual, and strategic tasks.
