Chargé(e) de communication (CDI)

About the role

Join Canal+ Burkina as a Communication Officer and play a key part in shaping the brand’s presence across Burkina Faso. You will work closely with the Communication Manager to implement the group’s communication strategy, support marketing initiatives, and engage audiences through both traditional and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and implement Canal+ communication strategy, marketing action plans, and subscriber loyalty programs.
• Monitor and coordinate advertising campaigns across all media, managing relationships with agencies, printers, and other service providers.
• Develop and follow CSR and sponsorship actions, maintaining annual partnership agreements.
• Manage media partner relationships and ensure proper execution of media exchanges.
• Create internal communication tools such as newsletters, event calendars, and display boards.
• Guarantee compliance with Canal+ brand guidelines and visual identity on all ATL/BTL materials.
• Oversee trade and BTL activities, including store operations, caravanning, and field animations.
• Conduct market and competitor monitoring, produce benchmarks, and contribute to service offering improvements.
• Drive the Canal+ Facebook page, increase follower engagement, and support digital communication objectives.

Required profile

• University degree (Bac+4/5) in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of media planning, advertising, and brand management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
