French‑English Customer Support Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join TalentPop App’s global support team. The position is fully remote and offers the chance to assist French‑speaking customers while collaborating with colleagues worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone in both French and English.
• Troubleshoot product, order, account and other issues, providing clear and timely resolutions.
• Maintain high‑quality interactions that reflect TalentPop App’s service standards.
• Document all contacts and updates accurately in the CRM and related support platforms.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and proficient English.
• At least one year of experience in remote customer service, BPO, call centre or e‑commerce.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently.
• Stable internet (≥25 Mbps) and a quiet home office with a suitable computer and headset.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with customer support platforms.
• Comfort using digital communication tools.
