French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance via phone and live chat while helping to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English, handling a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver effective solutions while maintaining a calm demeanor.
• Document all interactions accurately to ensure seamless follow‑up.
• Share customer feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement of processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates, aligning on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented and motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly within a remote team.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
