French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fast‑paced, remote‑first team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via inbound calls, live chat, and email while ensuring a friendly and effective experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in both French and English through voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective resolutions with a customer‑first mindset.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate closely with teammates to maintain consistent, high‑quality service.
• Provide customer feedback to help improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Experience with bilingual customer support is an advantage.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gorgias.
• Experience using Zendesk.
• Knowledge of Shopify.
• Understanding of CRM systems.
