About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual specialist to provide non‑voice customer support in a fully remote setting. The role focuses on handling chat and email inquiries, ensuring clear communication and a smooth experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions, orders and concerns via chat and email in both French and English.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate, timely solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conversations.
• Organized, reliable and solution‑oriented.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
