Family Coordinator

About the role
We are an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider dedicated to supporting families from the first conversation. The Family Coordinator ensures a smooth and caring onboarding experience, guiding families through every step of setting up services.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for new families, welcoming them to the program.
- Guide families through intake procedures, collect required documentation, and schedule appointments.
- Communicate regularly by phone and email to answer questions and address concerns.
- Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee timely service setup.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all family interactions and documentation.
Required profile
- Compassionate, patient, and detail‑oriented demeanor.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional and empathetic communication style.
- Prior experience in customer service or healthcare administration preferred.

What we offer
- Competitive salary range of $50,000‑$55,000 per year.
