EU Master Planner

About the role

The EU Master Planner will support Cargill's Food Enterprise by coordinating long‑term supply chain strategies across European networks. You will help address capacity challenges and production location decisions while ensuring high customer service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create requirements and long‑term supply plans for assigned products and locations as input for the integrated business planning cycle.
• Participate in setting inventory planning metric targets.
• Develop gap‑coverage plans during inventory shortages.
• Generate and execute cycle‑stock and safety‑stock plans using approved supply‑plan inputs.
• Solve moderately complex issues independently and escalate more complex matters as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (typically 3+ years).
• Fluent English.
