EASA Part 21 Subpart G (POA) Expert – Freelance Auditor

About the role

AEROTHRIVE is seeking experienced aviation professionals to join its global pool of freelance auditors. You will support manufacturers, authorities and aviation organisations in meeting EASA Part 21 Subpart G (Production Organisation Approval) requirements through audits, gap analyses and advisory work.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audits and assessments of production organisations against EASA Part 21 Subpart G.
• Evaluate quality systems, manufacturing oversight processes and compliance frameworks.
• Perform gap analyses and support implementation projects for POA approvals.
• Prepare structured reports with clear findings and practical recommendations.
• Deliver training and coaching on production oversight and certification topics.

Required profile

• Substantial experience in the EASA certification and production environment.
• Strong background in aviation engineering, airworthiness, quality or regulatory oversight.
• Proven ability to work independently on international freelance assignments.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
