EASA B1.3 Certifying Staff – Bell 412 (Burkina Faso)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced EASA Part‑66 B1.3 certifying staff member to join our helicopter operations in Burkina Faso. The role involves supporting VFR/IFR flights of the Bell 412, transporting passengers and cargo, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service in an African environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform certification and release of the Bell 412 aircraft in accordance with EASA Part‑66 regulations.
• Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the PT6T‑3 engine series.
• Support VFR and IFR flight operations, including passenger and cargo transport.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with human‑factor requirements.
• Collaborate with flight crew to meet high customer‑service expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Organizational skills and ability to work in an African operational setting.
• Previous experience working in Africa is an advantage.

Required skills

• EASA Part 66 B1.3 licence valid for Bell 412.
• Type rating on PT6T‑3 engine series.
• Completed Human‑Factor initial and recurrent training.
• At least six months of recent experience on a relevant aircraft type within the last two years.
