About the role

This remote contract position focuses on providing high‑quality bilingual content in Dioula and English to train next‑generation AI models. Your linguistic expertise will directly influence how AI understands tone, intent, and nuanced language use.

Key responsibilities

• Transcribe video material in Dioula and English with precise accuracy.
• Mark timestamps for each transcribed segment to enable easy reference.
• Analyze and describe speakers' emotional tone, intent, and non‑verbal cues.
• Evaluate and critique grammar, syntax, and overall tone in both languages.
• Define conceptual meanings of words and expressions to enrich AI comprehension.
• Collaborate with the client’s team to ensure linguistic quality standards are met.

Required profile

• Fluency in Dioula and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in linguistics, translation, or transcription involving these languages.
• Ability to capture emotional nuance and intent in spoken content.
• Strong analytical mindset for grammar evaluation and feedback.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with a minimum of 15 hours per week.
