Conducteur de machines – Production alimentaire

About the role

Solina is looking for a Machine Operator to join its food production sites. You will work in a dynamic, international environment, handling equipment that produces savoury solutions for the food industry.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines according to written procedures.
• Ensure product quality and safety standards are met throughout the shift.
• Perform routine checks, report any anomalies, and assist with minor adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, respecting temperature‑controlled conditions.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets within the scheduled shift.

Required profile

• Ability to lift loads up to 25 kg.
• Availability for a 35‑hour week (modulated, max 40 h) on day shifts (5 h‑12 h or 12 h‑19 h).
• No weekend or night work.
• Comfort working at ambient temperature (no cold or hot environments).
• Willingness to undergo a one‑month training period with tutoring and written procedures.

Required skills

• Basic computer operation for data entry and equipment monitoring.
