About the role

We are looking for an experienced Application Project Manager to lead the migration of a business‑critical application to a new solution. The role involves overseeing the full migration lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering the project on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the migration of the target application.
• Manage resources, schedules and deadlines throughout the project.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Monitor progress and produce regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify, analyse and resolve issues that arise during migration.
