Bilingual French/English Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our fully remote customer support team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers via chat and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional assistance through chat and email in both French and English.
• Handle inquiries related to orders, account issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to help improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing skills in French and English.
• At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and reliable work habits.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
