Bilingual French-English Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through phone calls and live‑chat while helping to build confidence in our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English via voice and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them to effective solutions.
• Accurately document all interactions in our support system.
• Gather and share customer feedback to improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with remote teammates to stay aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented and motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with a distributed team.
• Dedicated workspace with a PC (i5 or higher) and a stable 25 Mbps internet connection.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
