About the role

Base360.ai is seeking an AI Video Creator to shape the brand’s visual presence across all video channels. You will turn product concepts into launch videos, ads, and social clips that capture attention and evoke emotion, using the latest AI‑driven creative tools.

Key responsibilities

• Create emotional, scroll‑stopping video content for product launches, ads, social clips, and brand films.
• Leverage AI tools (Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, and emerging solutions) for end‑to‑end video, voice, image, and music generation.
• Animate and edit using motion design, kinetic typography, product demos, and slick transitions.
• Own ideas from concept through final export – pitch, build, and ship quickly.
• Produce content for all formats: vertical short‑form for TikTok/Reels, paid‑social ads, and hero videos for the website.
• Maintain a consistent premium brand feel across every piece of video.
• Iterate rapidly, test performance, and double down on successful concepts.

Required profile

• A strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality video and motion work.
• Fluency with AI creative tools and a passion for staying at the cutting edge.
• Excellent aesthetic judgment – know what feels premium versus cheap.
• Self‑directed and fast‑moving; can turn rough ideas into polished output without hand‑holding.
• Ability to hook viewers within the first three seconds and keep them engaged.
• Bonus: experience with short‑form social, paid‑ad creative, or building a brand’s video presence from scratch.
