Senior HR Transition Specialist Consultant

About the role

Cordaid is looking for a Senior HR Transition Specialist to support a major workforce transition across approximately 15 countries in Africa, the Middle East, Afghanistan and Bangladesh. The consultancy is home‑based, lasting about 6–9 months, and requires strong experience in HR transformation, organizational restructuring, workforce planning and multi‑country operations.
