About the role
TalentWorldGroup is seeking a fluent Croatian speaker to join a leading European travel‑tech platform as a Remote Pre‑Sales Representative. You will engage homeowners, qualify their properties for the vacation‑rental marketplace, and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Contact homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing‑generated leads.
- Conduct pre‑qualification calls, asking about property details, licensing, pricing and availability.
- Maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems and assign qualified prospects to Sales Managers.
- Record all interactions and follow‑ups in internal dashboards.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
Required profile
- Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
- Experience in call‑center environments, sales support, lead qualification or customer service.
- Comfortable making warm and cold outreach calls.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple follow‑ups.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Required skills
- Aircall – cloud‑based calling platform.
- Pipedrive – CRM for lead and pipeline management.
- Proficiency with internal dashboards and workflow systems.
