Project Intern – LOGMe II (Strategic Partnerships, Burkina Faso)

About the role

This internship supports the LOGMe II Project’s Strategic Partnerships for Sustainable Development theme in Burkina Faso. You will assist with research, coordination, and knowledge management to advance environmental governance and sustainable land management.

Key responsibilities

• Map and analyse partnership networks and stakeholder contributions to LOGMe II implementation.
• Review national policies and planning frameworks for integration of Land Degradation Neutrality (LDN) and sustainable land management.
• Document stakeholder engagements, organize meetings, workshops, and capacity‑building activities.
• Support knowledge exchange by capturing lessons learned, good practices, and producing briefs, summaries, or presentations.
• Collect, compile, and manage qualitative and quantitative data for reporting.
• Draft sections of reports, communication materials, and maintain project documentation.
• Perform other tasks aligned with learning objectives and research focus.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program related to International Relations, Economics, Environmental Policy, or Environmental Management.
• Motivated, detail‑oriented, and eager to gain practical experience in environmental governance and international development.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
