Master Agent Manager – Burkina Faso

About the role

Wave is seeking a Master Agent Manager to lead and expand its master agent network in Burkina Faso. You will be responsible for ensuring high‑quality service delivery, driving strategic growth, and managing day‑to‑day operations of the network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a roll‑out plan for master agents across the country.
• Lead the master agent team to build a sustainable, high‑performing network.
• Oversee all master‑agent projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Provide agents with necessary supplies, training, and ongoing support.
• Maintain strong relationships with agents and monitor service quality.
• Analyze network performance, generate feedback for management, and implement improvement plans.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and Mooré; additional local language is a plus.
• In‑depth knowledge of Wave’s product suite and agent network.
• Strong ethics, integrity, and negotiation abilities.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, stakeholder management, and a similar managerial role.
